Your responsibilities will include the following:

• • Durchführung von Besichtigungen, Übergaben und Rücknahmen von Mietobjekten sowie Einweisung der Mieter und Erstellung dazugehöriger Protokolle
  • Sämtliche relevanten Stellen über einen Eigentümerwechsel zu informieren (Hausverwaltung, Strom- und Gasanbieter, Telekommunikationsanbieter etc.)
  • Verification of rental payment receipts for existing properties
  • Invoicing
  • Reliable procurement, preparation and plausibility check of the property documents
  • Professionelle Planung und Durchführung von Objektbesichtigungen
  • Support of our sales department

What you bring:

• • Studies or training in the real estate industry - it makes no difference to us. Your experience and motivation to achieve great things with us counts!
  • At least 1 year of professional experience after studies or training
  • Very good IT skills: MS Office or Google Docs/ Sheets/ Slides; affinity for online tools;
