Meine-Immoentwickler acquires 40 apartments in Munich-West for sustainable revitalization

Property development in Munich: Meine-Immoentwickler acquires a vacant property in a prime location in the western part of Munich. A co-living space for up to 100 people is to be created there.
Revitalization of around 40 apartments
Meine-Immoentwickler GmbH, a sister company of Meine-Renditeimmobilie GmbH, is expanding its real estate portfolio and is acquiring an attractive residential ensemble with around 40 residential units in Munich-West through its subsidiary Friendsquarters 53 GmbH.
The properties are currently vacant and will be renovated and modernized in an energy-efficient manner as part of a comprehensive revitalization program.
Subsequently, resale to private investors is planned. The already enormous interest confirms the growing demand for future-oriented housing and investment solutions.
Further large-scale projects planned
“With the acquisition of this residential portfolio in one of Germany’s most sought-after locations, we are reinforcing our growth trajectory and strengthening our reputation as a reliable partner for high-quality real estate investments,” explains Patrick Weiler, Managing Director of Meine-Immoentwickler GmbH.
“Demand is enormous, which confirms our plan to acquire and develop further properties of this scale in the near future.”
Environmental protection and sustainability
“In the energy-efficient core renovation, we rely on our proven redevelopment method to ensure long-term value appreciation and sustainability for our investors,” adds Christoph Weiler, Managing Director of the development division.
“This is how we create future-proof living concepts that meet the current requirements for environmentally conscious construction.”
The modernization measures consistently focus on contemporary living concepts and efficient energy solutions. With this approach, Meine-Immoentwickler GmbH responds to the increasing demand for sustainable housing formats and further establishes itself in the co-living segment.
Focus on co-living in Munich
“Our goal is to become the undisputed number one among property development companies in the co-living sector in Munich,” emphasizes Fabian Winkler, Head of Sales.
“With this project and the upcoming investments, we are taking an important step towards achieving this goal.”
