Meine-Immoentwickler expands: Double acquisition in Munich and Wolfratshausen sets a milestone for sustainable urban development
With the acquisition of two strategically significant real estate projects via subsidiaries, Meine-Immoentwickler GmbH is consistently continuing its growth course in Upper Bavaria.
Through the acquisitions in Munich-Neuhausen and Wolfratshausen, the company underscores its expertise in revitalization and the creation of urgently needed living space through intelligent densification.
Creating Living Space Through Vertical Extension in Munich-Neuhausen
An empty existing building in Munich-Neuhausen was acquired via Friendsquarters 80 GmbH. The development concept provides for a significant upgrading of the old building: A total of 16 residential units are being created through a modern vertical extension and targeted densification in the rear area of the plot.
The project thus makes a meaningful contribution to easing the Munich housing market without sealing additional land.
Renovation in Wolfratshausen
Parallel to this, Friendsquarters Isar GmbH secured an apartment building in Wolfratshausen. The property comprises 29 residential units. Here, the focus is on the structural development of the existing building.
This double acquisition shows our deep confidence in Upper Bavaria as a location. While we are maximizing the potential of vacant structures in Munich through vertical expansion, we are focusing on the preservation and modernization of affordable housing in Wolfratshausen.
