Family Office of Meine-Immoentwickler acquires 10 apartments in Munich-Obersendling
The family office of Meine-Immoentwickler GmbH, Quattro Family Office GmbH, has acquired an apartment building with ten units in the Obersendling district of Munich for its long-term portfolio.
With this acquisition, the company strengthens its commitment to sustainable residential real estate in urban locations.
The acquisition of the property was successfully completed on December 23, 2025. A comprehensive and sustainable modernization of the existing building is planned for the coming months. The focus is particularly on energy-efficient renovation measures, such as improving the building envelope, modern heating technology, and further measures to reduce energy consumption and CO₂ emissions. At the same time, the quality of living for the tenants is to be noticeably increased.
Managing Director Patrick Weiler emphasizes: “Particularly in a growing city like Munich, we see it as our responsibility not only to preserve existing living space but to actively develop it further. Through targeted energy-efficient renovations, we make an important contribution to climate protection and at the same time create long-term affordable and contemporary living space. It is important to us that our properties contribute positively to the cityscape and blend harmoniously into their surroundings.”
The property will be held permanently in the family’s portfolio and managed long-term. Quattro Family Office GmbH pursues a sustainable buy-and-hold strategy and remains open to the acquisition of comparable residential properties in Munich and selected growth regions.
